X Factor UK star Cher Lloyd has released the video for her third single, “Want U Back”, but this time with a little help from across the pond.
14-year-old rapper Astro, from the US version of X Factor, graces Cher’s “Want U Back” with a rap verse towards the end, and actually doesn’t do a bad job. While she could be criticised for not enlisting the help of a fellow UK rapper to do the job, the 18-year-old singer is squarely aiming at the US market with this release where Astro is probably better known than her, and with this track being the first commercial release from the young rap star, it may just work.
