Lady Gaga Lady Gaga hits back at weight gain critics with intimate photos

Lady Gaga has hit back at critics who labelled her “fat” by posting intimate photos of herself in some VERY skimpy underwear!

Mother Monster snapped the pictures as part of her brand new Body Revolution campaign, which she hopes will encourage fans to “be brave and celebrate perceived flaws.

The press recently got themselves in a right pickle after Gaga put on a reported 30lbs (13.6kg), but the singer has responded to the reports on her blog, LittleMonsters.com, by saying she is proud of her size:

“I am not going to go on a psycho-spree because of scrutiny. This is who I am. And I am proud at any size.”

Gaga admitted she had battled bulimia and anorexia since she was 15-years-old, but said she is now happier than she has “ever been,” adding that her boyfriend, Taylor Kinney, loves her curves:

“My boyfriend prefers me curvier. When I eat I am healthy and not so worried about my looks, I’m happy. Happier than I’ve ever been.”

The “Judas” singer then reminded her fans to embrace their own shapes and sizes:

“My weight/loss/gain since I was a child has tormented me. No amount of help has ever healed my pain about it. But YOU have. And I love you, and want you to be proud in any form you may take as well.”

Meanwhile, Adele has also spoken out about her weight today (September 26).

In an interview with The Sun, the 21 songstress said she is quite content being a “plus size,” thank you very much:

“I just stand there and sing. I’m not worried that I’m a ‘plus size’ and so much bigger than other artists. No matter what you look like the key is to be happy with yourself.”

Music lover of all genres, especially Grime. Often tuned into Rinse FM, but quite happy listening to anything from Nine Inch Nails to Girls Aloud to John Williams.
